Mallence Bart-Williams is a Sierra Leonean-German activist, philanthropist, and multifaceted social entrepreneur. With a background in economics and finance, she has pursued her studies in Paris, Singapore, and Great Britain. Currently, Mallence operates globally, teaching at universities and online while managing LINEAGE, a vibrant cultural space located in Bali and the FREETOWN INNOVATION LAB, Sierra Leone’s leading waste management and innovation lab.

With her diverse cultural background, Mallence serves as a bridge connecting various communities and cultures. She leverages her unique perspective to develop innovative solutions to shared challenges. One of her key initiatives FOLORUNSHO, has served as a blueprint that successfully transitioned street kids from homelessness to creatives, without relying on donations.

Mallence’s impactful TEDx talk, titled “CHANGE YOUR CHANNEL,” has garnered significant global attention, being translated into over five languages and shared more than 100 million times on social networks. Her talk raises encourages thought leaders to reevaluate Africa’s role on the global stage, making it a vital contribution to discussions on socio-economic imbalances and an integral part of academic discourse worldwide.

In her commitment to social impact, Mallence has founded several initiatives, including ETHICAL MINERALS, THE FREETOWN INNOVATION LAB, THE FEMALE INNOVATION LAB, and PLASMO. These organizations are driving actionable results. by addressing pressing social issues,, empowering remote communities through green energy, sustainability and gender equity.

Central to Mallence’s mission is the belief that “WORLD PEACE STARTS IN THE WOMB.” Protecting the womb of Mother Earth is the ethos of ETHICAL MINERALS, while her work with SECRET CERES and women, has instilled balance in thousands of wombs around the world.
